Second Stage of the Springfield Orion Regional Shopping Centre / Town Centre.
Almost doubling the centre's existing size. Featuring a 2000 seat 8 screen cinema complex for Event Cinemas, a new large format Coles Supermarket, new large format Target Store, an additional 80 speciality retail shops as well as an outdoor dining precinct, upgraded main street and new town walk outdoor areas incoporating a large water feature, new Orion Hotel (restaurant, functions & gaming), new multi-storey commerical office building, new pad site fuel station + 1200 additional car parks including expanded undercover parking
